Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, EFTPOS, cash and personal cheques.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your safety & protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Non smoking Policy

For health & safety reasons we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in any part of the clinic. For visitors to the hospital who wish to smoke there is a deck directly outside the hospital ward which can be used. Thank you.

No tail docking of dogs policy

For welfare and humane reasons we only perform surgery on dog's tails when there is a specific medical reason that indicates such surgery is appropriate.
